For those who have ordered Sex Shoot from the Canadian Distributor, you may have noticed that he lists the quality as: Inferior.
Just to let everyone know, my SEX SHOOT DVD is now being MASTERED off of an Original ATOM VIDEO Retail Boxed VHS Tape. I just
acquired this for my collection from another collector.
The List of Canadian DVDs has been updated with a note, along with his SEX SHOOT with Inferior Quality that mine is made off a
Retail Tape and Picture Quality is Perfect.
Another reason why my DVDs are SUPERIOR to any COPIES of COPIES, and even the RETAIL Tapes and DVDs being produced by the Canadian
Distributor.
Higher Quality DVDs are on the way.
Pioneer introduced the FIRST Dual Layer DVD Recording, by using a firmware modified A06 to record 8.3GB to their first Dual Layer
DVD.
The SONY DR 700U will be out by the end of the month and will be the First Dual Layer DVD Recorder to hit the market. Hopefully
Pioneer will releases the Dual Layer Recording Firmware upgrade for their DVD Recorders.
What this means is that these Dual Layer DVDs, unlike their single layer cousins will PLAY in virtually every DVD player, since the
majority of DVDs from the movie studios are Dual Layer.
What this means is that we can now RECORD 2 HOURS of 100% MPEG-2 Quality to a Dual Layer DVD, or 4 Hours of Reduced Quality.
Since there are ONLY 4 Traci Lords movies that run 115-117 minutes, and the majority of them are 72-90 minutes in length, when the
Dual Layer DVD Recording is made available in the next few months, we can provide all the DVDs in 100% quality with no loss.
So, if you have been waiting to have your Traci Lords Retail VHS/Beta/Laserdisc converted to DVD to retain 100% of the picture
quality, we will be able to provide that in the next few months.
When the Dual Layer Technology meets the Stand Alone DVD Recorders, they will be capable of recording 4 hours in SP mode and 12
Hours in EP mode.
