The REAL and ONLY Usenet Admin Approved FAQ can be found on the
rtfm.mit.edu server, and is Copyright Terry Ortman.
Dupas and Earthlink.net are being sued for Federal Copyright
Infringement by me, the author of the usenet admin approved FAQ.
Dupas hides his REAL NAME and identity, which anyone who reads the
REAL FAQ knows all my information is PUBLICLY available for how to
contact, send updates, etc..
Dupas likes to being up William BJ (Blow Job) Nash all the time, let
me tell you the TRUTH about BJ Nash.
BJ Nash lives in his parents basement in California. In 1995 he
started a CON called TEL-PAY CLEARINGS, a service he advertised in
TRADE Publications, and I fell for his SCAM. TEL-PAY Clearings was
supposed to BILL buyers for products by charging their home telephone
bill, the phone company collected the money and TEL-PAY Clearings
would send you the money every month.
TEL-PAY CLEARINGS ONLY mailing address was at BJ Nashs Parents House
in California, yet the business was Incorporated in Nevada, to avoid
paying any income tax, state tax, etc.. Nevada Law requires any
registered business in Nevada to have a Nevada mailing address.
We submitted several thousands of dollars in orders to TEL-PAY
Clearings, we never got one penny. From my understanding BJ Nash
pocketed the money.
BJ Nash owns a MASS EMAILING SERVER, which he forges headers and uses
IP addresses, he even has several accounts using my name and my
business name on his remailing server, where he SPAMS people using a
remailing address in Chicago.
Doing a SEARCH will find the ONLY complaints about me or my company
seem to be investigated by the Chicago Illinois Attorney Generals
Office, and are for a Chicago address.
The Illinois Attorney General in Springfield, IL (The State Capital,
not Chicago), knows me, and has resolved several cases for my company
and me and they are well aware that I live in Decatur, Illinois.
My business is fully registered with the Illinois Tax Revenue
Department, and they also have my REAL address on file.
Funny, that BJ Nash can continue to make false claims about the
Illinois Attorney General investigating me, when in fact, if they did,
they would KNOW my business is located in Decatur Illinois as any
check with the County, State and Federal registrations would show my
business address.
Anyone who sees posts to this newsgroup by ***@mindspring.com
should report them to the earthlink.net abuse service.
I am going to have to call their legal department again regarding his
Libel, Slander, Defamation of Character and Theft of Copyrighted
Material.
