A class 2 felony is punishable by 5-15 years in prison and/or $25,000
fine. Since Ortman is being represented by a public defender, I would
assume that he will get the prison term; hopefully the full 15 years.

They are making him wait a month to find out. LOL My guess is it
will be the mimimum unless he had real KP. I doubt he did or we would
have heard about it. My bet is it was all TL related due to his
blatent copying and marketing. He'll get the 5 years (serve 3) and a
hefty fine he can never pay.
