While I don't like spam at all, I also think the *** 9 YEARS *** in prison
the guy got was just ridiculous. 9 years for sending harmless e-mails?

To rant a bit, my brother and his transexual nigger from hell lover both
have AIDS. For 15 years I've watched as they went to the gay bar every
night and dragged home at least one stranger for threesomes. I can't
even imagine how many people they've infected, hundreds is almost certain
and I wouldn't be surprised if they infected a thousand or more. Yet
neither one has ever been penalized - not even quarantined for the public
safety much less face criminal or civil charges for their wanton
disregard for others. On the contrary, rather than penalize them for
dooming thousands to early and quite painful deaths, our society throws
parades to celebrate such "diversity." Anyway, I apply this logic to
just about every case where I see someone sentenced to years in prison
for relatively minor crimes. My standard phrase is "He gets X years in
prison for Y, but if he'd infected 10,000 people with AIDS they'd have
a parade to celebrate...".

It wasn't harmless e-mail. It was also fraud, which most spam is. For
example, how many times have you seen "How to make money with PayPal,
legal" It's a damn chain letter scam. (pyramid scam) How about all
those damn porn sites that advertise free porn, it's not free it's a
scam. They get your credit card number then start charging your credit
card, even if you cancel. It's a scam, it's a fraud. How about all the
shit you get about getting free this and free that? Yeah, if you
subscribe to something that will cost you hundreds before you know it.
It's a scam, it's a fraud. 9 years ain't enough for these assholes,
he'll probably be out in 3. (Or less because of prison over
population.)

It WASN'T "harmless". It costs ISP MILLIONS of dollars in wasted
bandwidth and disturbs countless millions of users and businesses TIME
and resourses for illegal scams and unwanted e-mails being poured into
their systems daily. It is now a CRIME to waste other peoples time and
resourses for your personal gain. Want to advertise? PAY FOR THE
PRIVILEGE and send a REAL letter.
There is also the issue of PORN related materials showing up in a 10
year olds mailbox but we don't even need to go there, the rest is
damning enough.

As for the rest of this convuluted reasoning, every fag who went home
with these two despots knew they were taking a risk. Every time I
stick my dick in a new woman I know the risks. I don't take my health
for granted and I take precautions, even more than just a rubber. I
TESTED, when I dated, EVERY woman I fucked for the full panel of STDs
including HIV before I ever laid dick on them, rubbered or bareback.
I have no sympathy for any of the Rump Rangers who may have gotten
infected while turd burgaling these two fucktwits. I'm sure more than
