I am posting this in response to the postings by Frank Simmons.
I posted a message to a newsgroup looking for laser discs of Traci
lords movies Frank Simmons sent me an e-mail slandering me and
libeling me to others in violation of AOL's. terms of use Calling me a
kook And saying my message was refused.
I posted and on topic message to the proper newsgroup and this Frank
Simmons resorts to slandering libeling and defaming me.
Frank Simmons is a violating AOL terms of use and any posts to these
newsgroups are violations of the terms of use report any of his posts
to ***@AOL.com News-***@AOL.com And to the news.admin.net-abuse
newsgroup.
AOL clearly says that posting slanderous libelous and the famine for
each e-mail and messages in newsgroups are a violation of their terms
of use and that the violators will be punished.
Frank Simmons is a KOOK, see definition below.
KOOK n. Slang. A kooky person; an odd or crazy individual: A kook
pays $21.95 or more a month to use Assholes Or Losers (AOL) to access
approximately 3% of the Internet, because the AOL browser can't visit
the majority of sites on the internet.
Frank Simmons emailed me and then sent to all other moderators of that
newsgroup saying I am a kook who continues to harass and make posts to
the traci-lords newsgroups selling Traci Lords Videos.
I am the usenet admin appointed FAQ maintainer for the traci-lords
newsgroups, and my posts to these newsgroups are on topic. I am a
successful Business Owner who sells Personal Care Products,
Nutritional Products, Dental Care Products, and Automotive Products.
As a HOBBY, I collect Traci Lords Material, and write the newsgroup
FAQ to share the information with the users of these newsgroups.
I was contacted by the Canadian Distributor of her Retail VHS Videos,
and am authorized to sell these videos in the USA, so is at least one
other person in Texas. I do NOT sell these videos for a profit, and I
do not SELL these videos as the ONLY thing I do.
I posted a message looking for Traci Lords LaserDiscs and offering to
buy them, trade them for other titles, etc.. NOWHERE did I post
anything that I am SELLING Traci Lords Videos.
Frank Simmons is a LIAR, and a fellow FELON who is in cahoots with
Dupas, SlaveTrainer and the others who Illegally violate my Copyright.
In the course of my business I have had people like Frank Simmons,
Dupas, SlaveTrainer, order videos, and then NOT pay them. I have to
buy these videos from the Canadian Distributor, and because of this I
have a bunch of Retail Videos and Copies that I need to get rid of.
Rather than erase the tapes and re-record over them, which is MY only
other choice, I am listing them in this newsgroup, ON TOPIC, for Traci
Lords Fans and Collectors, which is the purpose of this newsgroup, to
buy them from me.
Frank Simmons is one of the ANTI-Traci Lords people who want to
suppress these videos and make sure they are not available to others.
By the way, I continue to see people posting about the FAQ saying
there are 13 French Videos. EXCUSE ME, the FAQ for this newsgroup,
which I write, clearly lists all 14 of the French DVDs, and I do have
the Retail DVDs sitting right here in my collection, so I can verify
that there are in fact 14 DVD Releases.
People are being misled and LIED to by the FELON Dupas, who when he
stole my Copyrighted FAQ, seems to have left out in his cut and paste
one of the DVDs that are available from France.
Before any USER starts posting to the newsgroups, the usenet rules are
clear, first go to the rtfm.mit.edu server and see if there is a FAQ
for the newsgroup, read it before posting, so that you are complying
with the newsgroups purpose.
Going to any other web address, other than the rtfm.mit.edu or
www.faqs.org server and "reading" something claiming to be a FAQ, is
the highest form of usenet newsgroup abuse.
Usenet Newsgroup FAQs MUST be approved by news admin, and once
approved, they are stored on the faq server at rtfm.mit.edu.
Any other post to this newsgroup pointing to any other url, other than
the HTML version of the FAQ, which can always be found by typing in
aftlfaq.gotoo.com or the stored FAQ on the rtfm.mit.edu or
www.faqs.org server and any of it's mirrors, is Off Topic, ABUSE, and
needs to be reported to the offending ISP, which will always be:
***@earthlink.net, and ***@earthlink.net, because they are hosted
on a mindspring.com server, which is a division of earthlink.net. So
much for Earthlink blocking SPAM with their anti-spam software, when
they are allowing SPAM to be hosted on their servers.
