Okay, now that I have your attention.
Today in the mail, I received a Nice Letter from the U.S. Departmewnt
of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, informing me of my rights
as a victim of a FEDERAL CRIME.
You see, I'm NOT under investigation by the FBI, a Business I did
business with is under Criminal Investigation by the FBI.
Unlike Glenn Chartrand, Kristofer D Danner, William BJ Nash, Dupas,
etc., I am forthcoming in all matters.
I have NOTHING to hide. NOTICE that the Usenet FAQ to this newsgroup,
has the Authors name and contact info in it.
For those who wish to navigate over to www.fbi.gov, here you go:
Case Number: 281H-CV-59835
It is still under investigation, so I don't know if it will come up in
a serach of the FBI web site.
The letter states that the investigation is continuing and that I will
be notified when an arrest has been made or prosecution has been
declined.
Sorry about the OFF-TOPIC POST, but I just thought I would POST the
TRUTH, so that the users can see for themselves.
Rodney Miller of the Illinois State Police told me to also direct any
of to the Illinois State Police Web Site, and he will gladly tell you
that I am under NO Criminal Investigation. He told me this the last
time he saw me before he returned all my computer equipment to me, and
informed me they destroyed my set top cable boxes.
You might want to check with the FCC and read the LAW, it clearly
states that private citizens can own their own cable equipment, and I
have filed complaints with the FCC about the actions about then, TCI
cable of Decatur, and the Illinois State Police for VIOLATING FEDERAL
LAW, STEALING and DESTROYING my Cable Boxes.
The NEW, Insight Digital Cable does not even use the old analog set
top boxes, but I still want my cable boxes back, in the event I go to
an area where the cable company still uses those old set top boxes.
Which is why my claim for the $1,200.00 is going to be pursued until
they either REPLACE the destroyed boxes, or they pay me for them, so I
can replace them.
Keep the Newsgroups about Traci Lords, anything else is OFF-TOPIC.
When the updated FAQ gets posted to the newsgroups, you will see Glenn
Chartrand has become a permanent part of that informational
publication, and he can live in infamy with the others.
