Traci in easyriders

Hi everyone,
I have a quick question and could not find the answer in the faq. I
have a complete collection of easyriders magazine, and traci appears in
the Nov 1986 and Feb 1986 issues. I knew nothing about traci before I
began planning to sell my collection, and I just want to make sure that
it is legal to sell these magazines. From the faq it says that traci
pictures are not considered child porn "where we are located", but it
is unclear where this is. I am in the United States. I certainly don't
want to do anything illegal, so can someone just reassure me that these
magazines are legal to possess and sell?

Nice mags! Why don't you do some hi-res scans of these and post them
in the other Traci Group before you sell them.

As for "legal". Remember it is "legal" to worship satan. In the
USA, you can go to war and die, get married, vote, but you can't buy
alcohol.

They are certainly legal to possess. There is a small possibility that
selling may be an issue, but unlikely. They sell the December 84
Penthouse with the Traci spread in it (Vanessa Williams and George
Burns on the cover) on Ebay all the time.

I would not call attention to the TL photos.
