Get a copy of PopKi and run it before clicking on these sites. Also,
the Google toolbar will block popups.

every click through. With a pop up blocker turned on you stay on the
bait page.

One of the best popup blockers I know of is free! It's part of the
Google toolbar. I understand the next version of IE will have some
sort of popup blocking ability built in. Long overdue...
